Supporting Complex Cases Across Systems
Each week, Beyond Thrive offers two free 45-minute consultation sessions for professionals supporting people with complex or high-risk needs.

These conversations provide a psychologically safe, values-led space to pause, reflect, and problem-solve without pressure. Together, we can explore what keeps someone or a system stuck and identify practical, ethical steps that promote stability and quality of life.

The offer is open to professionals across health, education, and social care — including those working within Local Authorities, ICBs, the NHS, and provider organisations supporting children, young people, and adults in community, residential, or inpatient settings.
What We Can Explore Together
Each free session offers a space to pause and reflect on what’s happening, what has been tried, what’s working, and what isn’t. Together, we’ll explore fresh perspectives and practical next steps to support stability, wellbeing, and quality of life.

What to Expect & How to Book
These free, 45-minute consultations offer professionals a reflective space to think through complex or stuck situations, gain perspective, and explore practical, values-led next steps.
Expand the sections below for details on how the session works, what to expect, and how to book.
Format & Purpose Each free 45-to-50-minute consultation takes place online via Microsoft Teams. It offers a confidential, values-led space for professionals to reflect on complex or stuck situations, clarify thinking, and explore ethical, practical options. Sessions are advisory and reflective — not formal assessments or case management.
What to Expect You will outline the situation, what has been tried, what is working, and where things remain stuck. The conversation focuses on joint reflection and problem-solving — helping you identify approaches to take back to your own team. If needed, a one-off 30-minute follow-up may be offered to maintain good ethical practice.
Ethical Practice & Data Protection These consultations are confidential and values-led. Beyond Thrive does not record, store, or process identifiable personal data during these consultations. Any internal notes use anonymised case IDs. All information is handled in line with GDPR and professional ethical standards.
